As the principal and founder of the Paragon Group and Arnie J Lakeyn Pc, I have been in Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Brokerage for 25 years. During my tenure, I have been directly involved in the sale of many Arizona businesses with total sales value equating to millions of dollars. My office is located in Scottsdale, Arizona and I sell businesses throughout the entire state of Arizona.
I also prepare business valuations for company owners and receive referrals from Certified Public Accountants to prepare valuations for their clients. Additionally, I sell commercial real estate along with the sale of the business or as a standalone building/property. Another service I offer is assisting business owners in structuring their business for a future sale and an exit strategy. I have won numerous awards during my M & A and Business Brokerage career as top earner and as top agent. I have a public accounting background and have owned and operated businesses in the recycling, printing, distribution and construction industries. All of my past business ownership and accounting experience has given me a wealth of knowledge in business operations, accounting and sales.
